The event kicks off with “O’ ZAPFT IS” “It’s been Tapped” ceremony starts at 11:00 am with the tapping of the first keg by Mayor of Durango Renee Parson.
Food and craft vendors: all in blocks 9-11 downtown Durango.
Kids Activities: Bring your kids down for a jumpin’ good time in the Children’s Museum air castle. Get their faces painted and enjoy kid friendly crafts. Kids' activities sponsored by Durango Discovery Museum, Durango Nature Studies and Children’s Museum of Durango.

Ska Brewing World Headquarters Grand Opening! – 225 Girard, Bodo Park
The SJCA Oktoberfest Festival will move on Sunday to help celebrate the Grand Opening of the Ska Brewing World Headquarters new location!!! The event will operate just the same as Saturday, but with new additions.
Lots of great music, brewery tours, kid’s activities, food and more beer than you can imagine!! 13 additional breweries from across the state will be there to let you sample some of there specialties beers. Buy a Ska Grand Opening sampling glass for $20.00 and sample as many as you can handle.
Then the best part is that we will take you home- Get a ride within the city limits for free on Sunday or take the Southwest Whitewater bus back to downtown.
